Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to questions configured by Shri Vishwvandit Ayurvedic Clinic & Panchkarma Center.
What should I bring to my first Ayurvedic consultation?
Please bring any recent blood work, medical reports, and a list of current medications or supplements you are taking. It is also recommended not to have a heavy meal right before pulse diagnosis.
How long is a typical consultation?
Initial consultations usually take 30 to 45 minutes to allow for an in-depth health history review, Nadi Pariksha (pulse analysis), and personalized lifestyle and herbal recommendations.
How do Panchkarma treatments work?
Panchkarma treatments are customized to your specific dosha imbalance and health goals. A complete program typically consists of preparatory procedures (Snehana & Swedana), main purification therapies, and post-treatment rejuvenation.
Can I take Ayurvedic medicines alongside allopathic prescriptions?
In many cases, yes. Our doctor reviews all ongoing medications to ensure that herbal formulations safely complement your conventional treatments without negative interactions.
